5. Disclosures to Overseas Recipients (Including Offshore Personnel Services)
Some of the recipients to whom we disclose your personal information may be located outside Australia.
The way we provide our services involves a range of tasks that may be undertaken by Castle Finance Solutions, Chamberlain Brown Property Acquisitions, or third-party service providers acting on our behalf. These services may be performed both in Australia and overseas.
This includes offshore personnel services conducted by a sub-contractor of our service provider based in the Philippines. In performing these services, our offshore providers may require access to your personal information (including, where relevant, sensitive information and/or credit-related personal information).
To protect your information, we have entered into binding contracts requiring these service providers to:
